4.8. Prospects
In 2015, Vivendi continues to promote and encourage its subsidiaries to
accomplish the common goal of improving internal control procedures and
internal monitoring with the reinforcement of procedures in compliance
with the COSO framework published in May 2013 and their monitoring
by the Audit and Risk department. The integrated reporting approach
will be maintained and strengthened as it enables Vivendi to continue to
drive the momentum to establish itself as an integrated industrial group,
a leader in media and content.
