The increase in electrical energy consumption measured is due to two
main factors:
✱ improvement in actual measurements at UMG; and
✱ improved reporting of data at GVT.

In 2012, Activision Blizzard improved its data collection process for the
consumption of natural gas and SFR incorporated a new site within the
scope of its reporting.

✱ At SFR, due to a significant number of maintenance programs, a
significant use was made of generators, which lead to an increase in
consumption fuel oil.
✱ At Maroc Telecom, the significant consumption of domestic fuel is
due to the considerable increase in the size of its vehicle fleet in the
second half of 2012, however, consumption was substantially lower in
the Settat region due to the electrification of seven sites.
