Prospects
In 2014, Vivendi intends to continue to promote and encourage its
subsidiaries to achieve the common goal of improving internal control
procedures and internal monitoring, in accordance with the new
developments in the COSO guidelines announced in May 2013 and in
relation to data protection. The integrated reporting process will be
enriched to accompany Vivendi’s strategy of focusing on media.
