Vivendi – Co-Option of a New Member of the Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board of Vivendi, which met on March 6, 2007, has co-opted Mr. Mehdi Dazi as a new member.
Since completing his studies at La Sorbonne and the Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Paris, Mr. Dazi, 40, a French and Algerian citizen, has spent the majority of his career in asset management in the United States, Egypt, and the United Arab Emirates. Since 2005, he has served as Chief Executive Officer of Emirates International Investment Company (EIIC), based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and joint Chief Executive Officer of Emerging Market Partnership (EMP) Mena Fund, based in Washington DC, USA.
