Vivendi businesses will once again convert the French rugby event of the year’s try into a spectacular show at the Stade de France on June 15.
Following the long-awaited match to end the exciting 2018/2019 season, where players from ASM Clermont Auvergne and from Stade Toulousain will compete for the Brennus Shield to become champions of France, rugby fans will be entertained by a show featuring one of the French most popular rappers duo and appreciated for its contagious good mood Bigflo & Oli, under Universal Music’s Polydor label, who will perform for the first time at the Stade de France in front of 80,000 spectators.
Once again this year, Vivendi subsidiaries (Universal Music, Canal+) are fully committed to providing exceptional live sports and music coverage dedicated to this major festive event, bringing together more than just rugby fans.
Last year, Mika wowed the crowds, as The Avener in 2017.
In 2019, for the third year in a row, A & R Studios (Universal Music) won the bid from the French National Rugby League (LNR) to provide entertainment for the final stages of the Top 14, where they will provide spectators and viewers with a unique experience, an extraordinary finale, with a performance by Bigflo & Oli.
Canal+, which broadcast its first rugby match in 1985, is providing exceptional coverage of the Top 14.
Note the exceptional participation of the students of the “Orchestre à l’Ecole” of Flixecourt, Ailly-le-Clocher, and Paris, which will perform in front of the 80,000 spectators at the Stade de France. Orchestre à l’École is a non-profit organization supported by the Vivendi Create Joy solidarity program.
They will perform La Marseillaise with soprano Margaux Toqué before the match, as well as the hit “Dommage” with Big Flo & Oli during the show of the end of the match.
