Rap is best experienced live, and seeing as music is the real star of the Canal+ event series “All the Way Up”, the Olympia welcomed the cast of the new season to its stage for a special premiere on September 23, 2021.
“All the Way Up”, created by French actor and director Franck Gastambide, took the world of fiction by storm in the spring of 2020 with a record-breaking 40 million views. Now, it’s returning to Canal+ for a second season starting on October 11, 2021.
To mark the occasion, Canal+ organized a star-studded launch at the Olympia for a special premiere that was full of surprises.
In yet another brand-new experience for its subscribers, Canal+ invited 300 of them to attend the screening of the first four episodes of the series, in addition to 650 VIP guests (rap artists, journalists, influencers, producers, industry players and more).
The showcase that followed the screening, featuring performances by the stars of the series—Hatik, Rohff, Sam’s & Bosh, Alonzo, and the new main character, Laëti—had the crowd going wild and created an incredible atmosphere at the Olympia.
This unforgettable event, for both the artists and the audience alike, is a perfect illustration of the agile co-operation between the professions within Vivendi, and the Group’s capacity to innovate so that the work created by the Group’s talents can reach the widest possible audience.
“All the Way Up 2” will also open the Canneseries Festival, which will be held in Cannes from October 8 to 13, 2021. Sales of the series are handled by Studiocanal.
