General Pierre Laurent is a graduate of St Cyr and l’Ecole de Guerre. He has extensive experience in operations within various ministeries as well as within the military high command and NATO. He has become a specialist in safety, security and cyber-security through his various different roles. Most recently he was Group Security Director of the French Army Health Service, and Advisor to the National Cybersecurity Agency of France’s Director General, following several prior experiences in ground supervision, including as an instructor in counterterrorism or the security of major events.

Pierre Laurent has been a member of Vivendi’s Executive Committee since September 2023.
